During our meeting, we’ll discuss your property, share our design philosophy and process, timelines and cost, and give a chance for you to ask any questions you may have of us.

Yes, our design process allows for modifications during early stages as we want you to be completely happy! Our discovery phase is very comprehensive and captures a mutual understanding of your wants and needs, which generally leads to fewer modifications down the road. There is opportunity to make adjustments during the preliminary and exterior design phases within agreed upon parameters.

We understand that unexpected hiccups may come along or you might change your mind on a previous decision - we are always open to making changes at any stage. Just keep in mind that as we get further into the design process, major changes can affect your timeline and final cost, but may be worth it to achieve your final vision.

We will want to know the property and its municipality to start our own research.
