Belgian Country with Modern Twist - Abbotsford, BC (Concept Design Stage)

Tucked into the ALR in Abbotsford, this custom home concept blends timeless Belgian country inspiration with a clean, modern edge. After a deep dive into the clients’ vision and lifestyle, we revealed this early sketch alongside the preliminary layout—and the reaction was everything we hoped for. The design balances rustic simplicity with contemporary form, capturing both character and clarity. We’re just getting started on this one, but it’s already shaping up to be something special.

English-Inspired American Colonial - Langley, BC (Under Construction)

Classic charm meets thoughtful design in this English-inspired Colonial custom home, now in progress for a Langley family. With symmetrical lines, timeless curb appeal, and plenty of traditional character, the front elevation sets a refined tone—but we’re just as excited about what’s happening around back. From garden views to outdoor living, every side of this home is getting the attention it deserves. We can’t wait to see this one completed!

On this Abbotsford ALR property, a Spanish Revival home is taking shape to meet the needs of multigenerational living. The design combines stucco walls, graceful arches, and a low-pitched roof for authentic Mediterranean character, paired with a modern layout that supports shared family life. Careful planning ensures the home feels cohesive and timeless while making the most of the setting, with the great room capturing expansive Mt. Baker views.

This Mid Century Modern home in Mission, BC is shaped around the lifestyle and vision of our clients. A vaulted great room anchors the design, highlighted by windows placed high at the roofline — a top request that floods the interior with natural light. Clean lines, open spaces, and thoughtful detailing come together to capture the timeless character of Mid Century architecture while creating a home perfectly suited to its family.

A new custom home in Fort Langley, this design draws inspiration from the quiet elegance of the Belgian farmhouse style. Clean lines, natural materials, and a restrained palette create a minimalist feel while keeping a warm, livable character. The result is a timeless home that blends understated European charm with modern simplicity.

Whistler/Muskokan Modern Farmhouse – Maple Ridge, BC (Design Stage)

This upcoming custom home in Maple Ridge combines the cozy, woodsy character of Whistler and Muskoka with the clean lines of a modern farmhouse. Designed to shine both by day and by night, it balances natural materials and bold form for a home that feels grounded in its setting yet distinctly contemporary.

This classic farmhouse in Dewdney, Mission captures timeless rural charm with its gambrel roofline and inviting wraparound porch. Every detail has been carefully fine-tuned in collaboration with the homeowner to balance character with function. Designed within both ALR and floodplain requirements, the home is tailored to its unique setting while staying true to the dream of a traditional farmhouse.

Nearly complete, this Modern Farmhouse in Mission is designed to settle beautifully into its natural surroundings. Mature evergreens frame the driveway, creating a welcoming approach and sense of privacy. With the site carefully leveled and prepared by the homeowners, the home is set to take full advantage of its setting and showcase the character of a modern farmhouse rooted in the Fraser Valley landscape.

Contemporary Rancher Farmhouse – South Surrey, BC (Under Construction)

Set on ALR land in South Langley, this Contemporary Rancher Farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern simplicity. Timber accents and detailed knee braces ground the design in its rural surroundings, while clean lines and contemporary proportions give it a fresh, updated character.
